How SmartLipo Triplex™ Works
SmartLipo Triplex™ is designed exclusively for laser-assisted lipolysis. During the procedure, under local tumescent anesthesia, a very thin cannula containing a laser fiber is inserted into targeted fatty areas through a small incision. The laser delivers controlled thermal energy that:
Disrupts and liquefies fat cells
Allows fat to be gently removed via suction
Coagulates surrounding tissue to promote skin tightening
Reduces bleeding and bruising
The system uses three customizable wavelengths—1064nm, 1320nm, and 1440nm—which can be used individually or in combination based on the treatment area and patient anatomy.

Before Your Procedure
Two Weeks Before
Avoid aspirin, NSAIDs, and Vitamin E (Tylenol is allowed)
Stop all nicotine products
Procedure will be canceled if pregnancy is possible
One Week Before
Stay well hydrated
Avoid alcohol
Blood pregnancy test required
Day of Procedure
Shower and shampoo; avoid lotions or creams
Wear loose clothing; no jewelry or valuables
Eat a light meal 2 hours prior
Take prescribed antibiotics and bring anti-anxiety medication if instructed
After Your Procedure
Arrange for a ride home; no driving for 24 hours
Limit activity and avoid vigorous exercise for 3 weeks
Swelling, bruising, and drainage are normal initially
Use absorbent gauze and sleep on a waterproof pad the first night
Manage discomfort with Tylenol and hydration
Wear compression garment for 3–4 weeks
Follow-Up Schedule
Day After: In-office check to ensure proper healing
One Week: Stitch removal and progress evaluation
One & Three Months: Follow-ups with before-and-after photos

How is SmartLipo Triplex™ different from traditional liposuction?

Most patients return to light activities within 1–2 days, but swelling and bruising can last several weeks. Compression garments are typically worn for 3–4 weeks, and strenuous exercise should be avoided for about 3 weeks.
When will I see results from SmartLipo Triplex™?
Initial contour improvement is visible once swelling begins to subside, with continued improvement over several months as the body heals and skin tightens. Final results are typically seen around 3–6 months after treatment.
