Office Hours

Monday to Friday: 10AM – 6 PM

Parking

Parking is limited to metered street parking in front of the building, typical of Coral Gables or using the Pay by Phone App.

Cellular Phones

To maintain a serene environment for all guests, please turn off your cellular phones while in treatment rooms.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase in person or by phone.

Accepted Payment Forms

We accept cash, checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Financing options are also available. Payment is due in full on the date services are rendered.

Appointment Reservations

When reserving your appointment, a credit card is required to guarantee your booking, but no fee will be charged at that time. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or fail to show up, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card. A reminder for your appointment will be sent via text or email, which you can confirm. For cancellations or rescheduling, please call us at 305-444-6100 or use the link provided in your appointment reminder. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these policies.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are considered a “no-show” and will incur a $50 fee.

For minimally invasive procedures (Cellulaze, Precision TX, Smartlipo Triplex, MINT Thread Lift,Renuva), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. “No-shows” or cancellations made on the same day will be charged a $150 fee. 

This policy helps us maintain dedicated treatment times for all our patients.
